One Future Sports Pty Ltd (“1FF”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is the controller of your personal information and is serious about your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes 1FF’s practices concerning the information collected through the 1FF website (1FF.com), the One Future Football app and any of our related services (the “Services”). We don’t keep a copy of your payment details as these are held securely by our third party payments partner.

We also automatically collect information related to your usage of our Services, such as purchases, ownership status, points, credit balance and other similar usage data.

    AGE RESTRICTIONS


    You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to register as a User and access or use the 1FF platform and Services. If you are under the age of 18 years (“Minor”), you must immediately cease accessing and using 1FF Fantasy unless you have permission from a parent or guardian, who is 18 years or older, to create an Account. If you are found to be a Minor, we are entitled, at our absolute discretion, and we will not be held liable to you or any third party for:


    1. restricting, suspending or terminating your access to all or any part of the 1FF Platform and Services;

    2. deactivating or deleting your Account and all related information and files on the account; and

    3. attach special conditions to any prizes or rewards that you may be awarded;

    4. referring Users to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required; and

    5. refusing to award any prize(s) to you.


We do not knowingly collect information (personal or otherwise) about or in connection with any person who is under sixteen (16) years of age
