Super Weekend: Round 12 and 13 Winners And Losers

After the Super Weekend at the weekend, we are 13/22 rounds into Season 3 of One Future Football and things are heating up.

Brasil Amazônia have asserted their dominance out in front in first place 👏 They are now seven points clear of the chasing pack but look at that chasing pack.

Only three points separate South London United in second and Club Sportivo Palermo in 10th. The race for the top six and those playoff places will go right down to the wire.

WINNERS 👍

Naija United 🇳🇬
Naija won back-to-back games over the weekend taking them up to third in the table. Deji Akande and Charles Ogude were in great form for the Nigerians.

Cerqueira 🇧🇷
Riyadh’s Brazilian maestro was having a relatively quiet season by his standards. In Round 12, he exploded into life with a hat-trick against Tokyo Youth Club.

Brasil Amazônia 🇧🇷
The Brazilian side, led by Cadu Caos, are now seven points clear at the summit. Bolivian full-back Jose Rios was the unlikely hero against Manhattan scoring twice. They look odds-on to qualify for finals.

LOSERS 👎

Luca Johnson 🇺🇸
The opinionated American blasted Brasil Amazônia before their game in Round 13, but that may have fuelled the opposition as they won 3-1.

Ko Kato 🇯🇵
The Tokyo Youth Club talisman missed a penalty against Naija United when the game was 1-1. His penalty record is not great. He’s scored seven and missed four of the eleven he’s taken in his career.

FC Angelenos 🇺🇸
La Familia needed a big weekend and they didn’t get it. Two defeats, to Brasil Amazônia and South London, puts them 10 points off the playoffs. Manager Zebaz PvD is under pressure.
