Dani Martos is a 24-year-old left-back hailing from Gracía, Barcelona in the Catalonia region of Spain. Martos came to Buenos Aires as part of an exchange program from university and it was here where he first caught the eye of local football scouts. Playing in a local league game, Dani impressed with his speed, jumping ability, and technical skill, earning him a place in the starting lineup of Club Sportivo Palermo.
