Isam Yousif is a 28-year-old left midfielder from Sudan. His most obvious talents are around his burst of speed and acceleration. He is quick. He moved to London with his family when he was nine, growing up near the inner city area of King's Cross where he and his friends spent most of their time playing football in nearby Coram's Fields. Off the field, he is deeply concerned about the ongoing migrant crisis in Africa, particularly in his home country. He speaks out about the fact that many migrants flee their homes in search of better opportunities and safety, often risking their lives in the process.
