Cassiano Rodrigues is a dynamic left midfielder from Brás, São Paulo. He's a skillful dribbler, with the ability to get past defenders and provide accurate crosses into the box. Rodrigues was traded to Bondi FC at the end of Season One in a swap deal with Corey Robson. His tireless work rate and natural fitness make him a great option for Bondi FC. It is intended that he brings competition to both Left Back and Left Midfield roles. He was originally scouted by Manhattan Football Club during a futsal match in Brazil and jumped at the opportunity to play in New York, where he enjoyed the fast-paced lifestyle and diverse culture. He’s a very intelligent guy. He has transfered his studies in philosophy from NYU to UNSW and he loves to spend time at the library, where he could dive into the works of great philosophers such as Plato and Nietzsche as well as contemporary ones like Santiago Castro-Gómez and Enrique Dussel.
