Abdoulaye Boli is a centre-half born in Kami, Yamoussoukro in Ivory Coast. He stands at 181cm tall and weighs 82kg. He comes from a poor background where his father was a fisherman and Boli needed to balance education, football and helping his father for most of his childhood. Despite his lack of height for his position, he makes up for it with his excellent interceptions and ability to disrupt play. Boli is a hard worker and has had to work for everything he has in life, which has given him a no-nonsense streak on the pitch. His determination and willingness to do whatever it takes to win sometimes leads to bending the rules. Boli is sometime seen as a controversial figure and likes to watch videos of Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson. He believes the authority should always be questioned and is never afraid to speak up in the dressing room.
